Running is hard on your body, this we all know to be true. In addition to its inherent physical challenges and rewards, running also offers mental and spiritual challenges as well. It is our goal to help all of our awesome Not So Normal runners Run Well and to help make this happen we have recruited some local people and providers to support us all. We can personally vouch for each of them and look for great tips and advice along the way as we all try to run healthy, happy, and strong.
